4,4′-Methylene(bisaniline) contains at least 99% 4,4′-Methylene(bisaniline) with a small amount of 2,4'-Methylene(bisaniline). Its molecular weight is 198.26 and it appears as white to yellowish crystals at room temperature. As an important chemical industry intermediate, 4,4′-Methylene(bisaniline) is widely used in the production of MDI and HMDI, as well as in polyimide (PI), polyetherimide (PEI), epoxy resin hardeners, bismaleimide resins, and polyurethane (PU) elastomer chain extenders. Products synthesized with 4,4′-Methylene(bisaniline) exhibit excellent mechanical, electrical insulation, heat resistance, radiation resistance, and abrasion resistance properties.
